Color Options: choose between the white or grey style, and either font choice "Our Family" or "Last Name" (If choosing last name, please include that in the order comments at checkout as well)

AT CHECKOUT - add order comments at checkout, including the name and next to the name specify Snowflake, Dog, Cat, Hedgehog, Bird, Fish, etc.  If we can accommodate the animal shape - we will!
